- I am a 76 year old retired research engineer. During my career I worked for General Dynamics, ITT Electro-Physics Labs, and IIT Research Institute. I worked on Submarine warfare equipment, Aircraft Direction finding equipment, Over-the-horizon H-F Radar, Electromagnatic Compatibility, and Doppler Weather Radar. I am now enjoying retirement and working with computers and exploring the internet. One of my interests is genealogy. I have a data base of about 1600 names, including Koppenhaver, Huntzinger, Artz, Smeltz, Straub, Klinger,Coleman, Herb, Dietz, Schwalm and others.
